The "Novу Zodchу" group of companies started its activities in 2004. Initially, the private enterprise "Novу Zodchу" was registered. Two years later, the limited liability company "Novу Zodchу" was registered, and in 2016, when there was a need for diversification, the limited liability company "Construction Company "Novу Zodchу"" was established.
Throughout our foundation and beyond, we have neither attracted nor used any administrative or political resources, relying solely on the potential of the founders and employees. All companies have developed as equal market entities, gaining trust through fair competition.
During our activity, we have implemented about two hundred successful projects, including residential and administrative buildings, office and retail-entertainment complexes, hotels, sports, health and medical centers, banks, and industrial enterprises. Many of them are presented on the "implemented projects" page.
We value our clients and are ready to offer the most attractive conditions to each of them. Among the numerous clients, many of whom have become regular, there are holdings, corporations, large, medium, and small enterprises of various activities, banks, social institutions, and state organizations.
